2019 WIKI READER UPDATE CODE
The Code of Conduct is intended to complement arXiv’s Operating Principles as a broader set of community values. Throughout our process, we will engage with stakeholders, including staff, advisers, moderators, and authors. We are developing a Code of Conduct, based on shared values and shared responsibility within the arXiv community.

We will also be improving the user’s experience in navigating the website and help pages. Users will see new features to associate author and institution names across e-prints and search for content by names. We will continue the arXiv-NG plan and implement improvements to the submission process, user accounts, and search functionality, and we will roll out an API gateway for accessing arXiv metadata and content programmatically. We also established a new external Technology Advisory Group to advise the IT leads.
